How often are datasources synced
Data sources let you pull data from SharePoint and external systems. For signed-in users, Team Forms checks for updates every minute. Depending on the source size and query, downloading the updated data may take additional time.
Public forms using managed access load a snapshot and reuse it while the page stays open. Reload the public form to retrieve updated data. Public data sources do not follow the signed-in background refresh cycle.
