Why are my users seeing a “5 user limit reached” error?

If your users are seeing the message “5 user limit reached”, it means you’ve hit the user access limit for your current plan.

Free tier limits:

  • Access for up to 5 unique users per month.

  • 100 submissions per month

Once 5 different users have accessed the form in a given month, additional users will be blocked from viewing or submitting the form.

What you can do:

  1. Wait for the limit to reset – user counts reset at the start of each billing cycle.

  2. Upgrade to a higher plan – unlocks more user capacity.

  3. Start a 14-day free trial of a higher plan – gives you immediate access to increased limits and premium features, with no upfront payment required.
