Why am I seeing “Oops, something went wrong – Quota Exceeded” when accessing a form?

If users receive the message “Oops, something went wrong – Quota Exceeded” when trying to access your form via a public link, it means you’ve exceeded the submission limit for your current plan.

Submission limits:

• Free tier: 100 submissions per month

• Pro tier: 1,000 submissions per month

Once the limit is reached, public access to your form will be temporarily disabled until the quota resets or you move to a higher plan.

What you can do:

  1. Wait for your monthly quota to reset – submission limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

  2. Upgrade to a higher plan – immediately increases your submission limit.

  3. Start a 14-day free trial of a higher plan – no payment required upfront, and you’ll get full access to increased limits and premium features during the trial period.
