How to purchase and manage a subscription

Purchase a subscription for your team in less than a minute with simple an predictable pricing.

Team Forms provides different pricing plans to suit organisations of all shapes and sizes. You can get started with our free plan and scale up by purchasing a subscription for just the teams you need or scale across all teams in your organisation with our enterprise plans. Purchasing a Subscription

You can purchase a subscription to Team Forms directly from the pricing page on the Team Forms website.

  1. Select "Buy Now" on the plan that best fits your organisations needs

  2. You may be asked to login if you have not done so already. Please note if your browser blocks the initial popup window you will need to enable popups and refresh the page.

  3. Enter your details in the self service check out. From here you can also choose between monthly or annual billing.

Managing a Subscription

To manage an existing subscription you need to be the billing owner (user who purchased the subscription) or an owner of the team. You can access the billing portal any time following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the team settings

  2. Under the subscription tab click the "Update Subscription"
