If you’ve reached the user limit for your plan — 5 users per team on the Free plan and 20 users per team on the Pro plan — any additional users who try to access Team Forms will see a message indicating that your team has hit its limit. These users will not be able to submit form responses until the issue is resolved.
⚠️ Removing users from the associated Microsoft Team or Group does not remove them from the “Users” section in Team Forms. This list is used specifically for licensing purposes and reflects users who have accessed Team Forms, not just who is currently a member of the team.
What can I do if I’ve exceeded the user limit?
If you’re over your plan’s user limit and want to continue using Team Forms, you have a few options:
Upgrade to a higher-tier plan - Paid plans support larger teams and include advanced features and support.
Start a 14-day free trial - If you haven’t already, you can start a free trial of the Premium plan to unlock more users and features.
