Why is my channel not appearing?

Is a new channel not appearing? lets see how we can refresh the channel list

When a new channel is created or deleted, it may take up to 24 hours for Team Forms to automatically update and reflect these changes. However, you can manually refresh the list of channels within a team by following the steps below:

  1. Find your team on the sidebar and hover your mouse pointer over the team name. This action will reveal a "..." icon next to the team.

  2. Click on the "..." icon, and then select "Refresh Details." Your new channel will now be displayed.
