Let's explore how you can monitor workflows and email notifications

When a form in submitted, Team Form can trigger Microsoft Power Automate workflows or send email notification. This article will outline how you can check if these processes have run successfully or to re-trigger them if necessary.

Monitoring

To view the status of all workflows you can use the steps below:

  1. Open the submissions screen by hovering over the form, Clicking the "..." icon then "View Submission"

  2. Here you will see all your submissions in table format. With a special column to the right called "Workflows". This column will show a tick or a cross to indicate if all the associate emails and workflows were processes successfully.

  3. You can click on the icon for more details if needed

Re-Triggering

On rare occasions you may find that a workflow or email has failed. This is typically due to misconfiguring the email notifications feature or having workflows which are no longer available. You can use the steps below to re-run the workflows however you should fix the underlying cause before re-running.

  1. Open the submissions screen by hovering over the form, Clicking the "..." icon then "View Submission"

  2. Within the workflow column locate any failed workflows as indicated by the error icon.

  3. You can click on the icon to see a popup showing all associated workflow.

  4. Click "Re-run all failed"
