If you are unable to find your form, there are a few common reasons why. Rest assured, all forms are stored in your team SharePoint site and are fully version controlled. The most common reasons for not seeing your forms are:
Your form is linked to a specific channel within your team, and you currently have the wrong channel selected.
Your form was created in a different team than the one you currently have selected.
Your form was deleted by a team member. You may need to restore the form using the version history.
