It can be useful to have a specific form to appear as its own tab within a channel in Microsoft Teams. This can easily be achieved using the steps outlined below.
(Optional) Append
&embedMode=trueto the end of the link to prevent the form re-directing after it has been submitted.Open Microsoft Teams to the channel you wish pin the form to as a tab
Click the "+" icon to add a tab
Search and select the "Website" option
Give the tab a name "e.g. My Form" and paste the URL generate in step 1
