Updating your payment details in Team Forms is quick and easy, allowing you to manage your subscription without needing to contact support. This may be necessary if, for example, your card has expired or you wish to use a different payment method. Follow the steps below to update your payment information:
Steps to Update Payment Details
Open Team Forms and navigate to the team for which you want to update the subscription.
Go to the Team Settings.
Select the Subscription section and then click the "Update Subscription" button. This will launch the payments portal where you can view all your subscriptions.
Locate the "Payment Method" section under your subscription and click "+Add payment method".
Enter your new payment information and confirm the changes.
Set the new payment method as the default, if desired, and remove any old payment methods.
Once updated, your new payment details will be used for future billing cycles.
