By default, when you create a multi-page form (wizard), each page is automatically assigned a generic name like Page 1, Page 2, and so on. You can rename these pages to better reflect their purpose by following the steps below:
Navigate to the Page - In the form builder, use the page navigation menu at the top of the drag-and-drop interface to select the page you want to rename.
Open Page Settings - Once you’re on the desired page, all its components will appear within a panel. Hover over the panel header and click the settings (gear) icon.
Rename the Page - In the panel settings, update the “Title” field to your preferred page name.
Your page will now display the new title in the navigation and improve clarity for users filling out the form.
