When purchasing a subscription, your subscription status should automatically update in the app shortly after completing the checkout process. However, in some rare cases—or if you are using manual, invoice-based payments—the subscription status may take a few hours to refresh.
If you’d like to manually force the app to re-check your subscription status, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Note: Simply opening this tab will automatically trigger the app to check and update your subscription status.
