When a subscription expires, it will revert to our free tier. All data, including forms and submissions, will remain in your SharePoint site. However, the free tier limits will apply, restricting the number of users and monthly submissions. If you exceed these limits, users will be unable to submit responses to forms.
Internal team members will be presented with the various plan options when attempting to open form and external users who access your form via a public link will see an error message with the label "Quota Exceeded"
