Enabling private/condifential responses in forms will keep the user's responses confidential and visible only to the user and the team owners. This is particularly helpful when sensitive information is being collected. You can enable private response on a form by:
Open the form builder screen for your form
Click the "..." icon in the top right-hand corner. This will bring up a menu.
Click "Private Responses" and then "Enable"
