To confirm whether a user has the necessary permissions to access and respond to a specific form, check the form-level permissions:
Open the form in the Form Builder, click the ”…” icon in the top-right corner, and select Permissions.
In the Permissions dialog, under Form Permissions, ensure the user is listed by name or is part of a listed group.
