When building a form the author can choose to either allow responses to be edited after they have been submitted or make submissions immutable. By default response editing is enabled for new forms, however this setting can easily be changed on the form builder screen using the steps below:
Click the "..." icon in the top right hand corner
Click "Submission Edit Mode"
Now select the option you wish to enable
