While building your form, it’s easy to make a mistake or change your mind about something you just did. For these situations, the Undo and Redo buttons can help.
You’ll find these buttons towards the top-right of the form builder screen. They work much like the undo/redo features in other Microsoft products such as Word:
Undo will revert the last change you made.
Redo will re-apply a change you just undid.
Each click will step backwards or forwards through your editing actions for the current session.
⚠️ Important: The undo/redo history only applies while you’re actively working in the form builder. If you close and reopen the builder, the history resets and you won’t be able to undo or redo actions from previous sessions.
If you need to roll back to an earlier version after a session has ended, use the Version History feature instead. Version History allows you to review and restore older versions of your form. Learn more about Version History →
