The data from all form submissions is automatically stored in SharePoint in both a SharePoint list and as files (in pdf, and raw json format). This means you can easy report on the data in real time using analytics tools like PowerBi. However it can sometimes be useful to push this data into an existing SharePoint list to further integrate with you organisations existing systems and processes. This can be accomplished using Team Forms integration with Microsoft Power Automate to create a work flow to push this data into your own list.
