Team Forms has the functionality to create unique share links which pre-populates the form with data. This can be useful for scenarios like a registration form where you might want to pre-populate a name or reference number when accessed though a special link.
To generate the pre-filled link you can follow the steps below:
Hover over the form you wish to share and click the "..." icon
In the context menu that appears clink "Share"
Tick the "Pre-fill data" option, this will show your form and allow you to enter data that will be pre-filled into the form
Copy the share link to share it with others
