Updated over a year ago

Sometimes a Team Forms partner or systems integrator may build a form in there own Microsoft 365 environment and provide you with the source code to import into your own environment. This guide outlines the steps to import that source code into your own environment.

  1. Download the source code. This should be a .json file

  2. Open Team Forms and click build to create a new form

  3. Select the blank form template

  4. In the top right hand corner click the "..." icon followed by "view source"

  5. Open the source code file using a text editor like notepad

  6. Copy and paste the contents of the .json file into the source code dialogue in Team Forms
