Datasources are a powerful feature within Team Forms that allows you to pull data from SharePoint and external systems. Team Forms will automatically keep data up to date with SharePoint by checking for changes to the underlying file or list every minute. Depending on the size of your datasource it may take some additional time to download the changes.
