Team Forms allows you to log in with multiple Microsoft accounts and switch between them effortlessly. You can switch between your work or school account to a personal Microsoft account, and even switch between organisations. This feature makes business-to-business and business-to-consumer forms work seamlessly in Team Forms. This is demonstrated in the image below:
Multiple Accounts in Browser
To log in with multiple accounts open Team Forms in your browser and click on your user avatar in the top left-hand corner and then click Add Account.
If you are signing in as a guest on someone else's Microsoft 365 tenant you can use the External Tenant Account option and provide a tenant id provided by your partners. A typical use case for this is if a client wants to invite to use their own Team Forms instance for collaboration.
Alternatively, you may be provided a custom URL that will automatically sign you into their tenant.
