Team Forms allows you to create form that can be embedded into your public facing website. To do this you will need to generate an embed code that you can copy and paste into your website. The steps below outline how to do this:
Open Team Forms and locate the form you wish to share
Click the "..." icon next to the form to expand the menu options
Click the tab entitled "Anyone with the link" followed by "Create Sharing Link"
Once you have generated the share link click the "..." icon next to the link then "Embed Code"
Copy the embed code that appears in the text box and past that into your website
