Team Forms provides an easy to use drag & drop interface for anyone to build digital forms with no programming knowledge. Using Team Forms you can build a simple survey or an entire enterprise IT system. To get started simply open Team Forms, navigate to a team and click "Build".

You will have the choice to build a form from scratch or start from one of our many templates. Simply drag and drop components into the drop area to start building out your forms. The video below demonstrate this process in more detail.
