[RESOLVED] Power Automate Connector Errors — Service Restored

Updated this week

We want to provide an update to all affected organisations regarding the errors recently experienced when using our Power Automate connector.

What happened

In Mach 2026, Microsoft began a migration of their certificate management platform, during which they suspended automatic certificate renewals across their services. When our certificate came up for routine renewal, the process was not completed correctly on Microsoft's end, resulting in connectivity failures for our users.

We identified the root cause quickly, engaged Microsoft's support team at the highest priority level, and implemented our own resolution to restore service without waiting for Microsoft to resolve the issue on their side.

Current status

The issue has been fully resolved and the Power Automate connector is back to normal operation. You should no longer experience any errors when using the connector.

What you need to do

Nothing. No changes are required on your end. Simply retry any flows that may have failed during the affected period.

We apologise for the disruption this has caused. While the root cause was a failure in Microsoft's platform, we are reviewing additional safeguards to better protect our service from similar platform-level issues in the future.

If you continue to experience any issues please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
