Team Forms allows you to set a custom form icon to help differentiate between different forms. As an author, you have the option to change the icon directly from the main screen or from the builder screen by following the steps below.
Click the form icon. This is located to the left of the form name in the main screen and in the top right-hand corner on the form builder screen
In the icon menu that appears select a preferred colour, followed by an icon form the available options. Alternatively you can click the upload tab in the menu to upload your own custom icon.
Alternatively, switch to the Upload tab to upload your own custom icon.
