The time component in Team Forms uses the standard HTML5 time picker, which displays time based on the user's browser and operating system preferences. Unfortunately, Team Forms cannot control these preferences. If you need strict control over the time format, follow the steps below:

1. Drag and drop the date/time component into your form.

2. Under the "Date" tab, untick "Enable Date Input" to change the date/time picker to only allow time input.

3. In the "Display" tab, set the "Format" property to your desired time format. For example, use HH:mm to display the time in 24-hour format.
