Understanding why Fin Chat isn’t visible for everyone

The Fin AI chat support is designed specifically for users who build and edit forms in Team Forms. If a user has only responded to forms and never created or updated one, they won’t see the Fin Chat option available in their interface.

This is intentional. Fin Chat is meant to assist builders while they’re working on forms, so it only becomes available once a user has engaged in building or editing activities.

If you’d like a colleague to have access to Fin Chat, simply ask them to try creating a new form or making an update to an existing one. Once they do, the Fin Chat support option will become visible for them.
