The SketchPad component is a powerful and interactive tool in Team Forms that allows you to collect visual input from responders. It works by letting the form builder upload an image, which then appears directly on the form. Responders can click on the image to draw, annotate, or sketch directly on it—making it ideal for use cases where visual feedback or spatial input is important.
🔧 How it Works
Add the SketchPad component to your form from the component library.
Upload an image (e.g., a floorplan, diagram, map, or product photo).
When a user fills out the form, they’ll be able to click the image to open the SketchPad editor.
Responders can draw lines, shapes, or freehand annotations directly on the image.
Once submitted, the final image with all markups is stored along with the form response.
📌 Common Use Cases
Site inspections (e.g., circle problem areas on a photo)
Product feedback (e.g., mark changes on a design)
Incident reporting (e.g., indicate damaged areas)
Training evaluations (e.g., annotate machinery parts or layouts)
