By default, some charactersâsuch as Chinese, Japanese, or Koreanâmay not appear correctly in the generated PDF. This is because the necessary character sets are not automatically included and must be manually enabled.
To include CJK characters in your PDF output:
Open the form builder for the form that contains Chinese, Japanese, or Korean text.
Navigate to the PDF tab and click the settings icon located in the top-left corner.
In the settings menu, click the "CJK Symbols" button and select the appropriate character set(s) for your form.
Press "Save" and then make sure to publish your form. The selected CJK characters will be correctly displayed in the generated PDF.
Enabling character sets will ensure newly generated PDF's will include the characters but will not update any existing generated PDFs
