If you are unable to see any responses, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
You’re Viewing the Responses Tab
By default, the Responses tab only shows your own responses. To see responses from others, change the filter to “All Users”. Alternatively, consider using the Submission screen for a broader view.
No Responses Have Been Submitted Yet
Users may not have submitted their responses yet. They might have started a draft but haven’t hit the submit button—this is indicated by the large tick animation.
You’re Viewing the Submission Screen for the Wrong Form
If you have multiple copies of the same form, you might be looking at the submission screen for the wrong version. Double-check that you’re in the correct form.
