In this article we will show you how to delete your form template in a few simple clicks. However, before we begin it is first good to consider whether you want to delete your form or simply unpublish it. You will also need to have an author role within the team to complete this action.
Hover over the form you wish to delete and click the "..." icon which appears
A menu will appear with the option to delete. Click delete and confirm.
